Ahijah prophesies

• Start — 1 Kings 11:29. The year of Ahijah's first prophecy to Jeroboam is estimated to be the year of Solomon's death (3031) - 5 years = 3026
• End — 1 Kings 14:7. The year of Ahijah's second prophecy to Jeroboam is estimated to be the year Jeroboam's reign began (3031) + 5 years = 3036

START:*HYPOTHESIS: Five years before Solomon's death is sufficient time in his life to obtain "seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines" (1KI 11:3) and for them to "turn his heart away" from the LORD. It also allows sufficient time for his deep introspection and repentance which he recorded in the book of Ecclesiastes.
